As all of our products are hand made to order please allow up to 28 days for
production (Delivery times may vary).
If you're ordering for Halloween please order before October as understandably
this is a very busy time for us, please see our Home page for details of cut off dates
We will always ship to the address provided with the PayPal unless customers
indicate otherwise. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the address is
correct at the time of placing the order. Items returned due to an incorrect address
being provided will require additional payment for postage, payable by the customer
Non-collection or refusal of a parcel
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, the buyer is responsible for the cost of
return shipping and any reshipping fees. Refunds will exclude original and return shipping charges
Custom Mask Orders
We also do custom, made to order masks. Please contact us if you would like to have a
one of a kind commission made. Delivery times/costs for custom mask orders will
vary depending on the design of the mask
